3. Rates & Taxes

All rates are quoted in Rupee, Indian Currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: Begins at [12 noon]. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Check-out: Is by [ 11:00 AM]. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

5. Guest Conduct & Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the hotel property caused by you or your guests during your stay.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or eject a guest for unacceptable behavior, including disorderly conduct, violating hotel policies, or causing a disturbance to other guests.
NTR Hotels is not responsible for the loss or damage of guest valuables. A safety deposit box is available at the front desk.

6. Smoking Policy
NTR Hotels is a 100% non-smoking property. A significant cleaning fee (minimum ) will be charged for any violation of this policy.

7. Pet Policy
