1. Reservation & Payment
A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Prepayment may be required for certain rates or special offers.
2. Standard Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled check-in date.
Non-Refundable / Advanced Purchase Rate: These discounted rates are non-refundable. Any cancellations or modifications will result in the full charge of the reservation amount.
3. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation), the hotel will charge for the entire first night’s stay, or the full amount for non-refundable rates.
4. Early Departure
Guests checking out before their reserved departure date may be subject to an early departure fee equivalent to one night’s room rate and tax.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Modifications
Changes to your reservation (dates, room type) are subject to availability and rate differences. Please contact us directly to modify your booking.
7. Force Majeure
NTR Hotels is not liable for failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, though we will endeavor to offer alternatives such as credit for a future stay.
